Shipping costs are calculated from your order total before tax and shipping.

Canada

• FREE - orders over $350
• $4 - orders over $250
• $8 - orders over $150

Exchanges and Split Orders
$10 - for exchanges from a previous order
$12 - additional charge to split an order into two shipments

US (including Hawaii)

• FREE  - orders over $400
• $20 - orders over $200
• $25 - orders under $200

Countries other than Canada and the US

We cannot predict the shipping costs for all sized packages for everywhere in the world. However, your order can be completed at check out.
We will process your order, weigh it, and before shipping we will contact you directly for a separate Paypal payment to cover the actual shipping costs.

SHIPPING DETAILS

How long?

Other than specially marked items, you should receive your package within 10 days, often sooner. We will send it either regular post or door-to-door Greyhound in Western Canada.

Please note that it could take up to 14 days to receive your package and US customers can face duty charges upon delivery.

Restrictions

Due to our current insurance regulations we are unable to ship body products to the US. However the bulk of our products - clothing, bags, accessories - are not a problem.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Special requests

If you have a special shipping request or need something shipped express, please include a note with your order and we will try to accomodate.

Shipping charges on rope and twine

Because rope and twine are very heavy for their value, rope and twine don't qualify for our free shipping offer - they have a shipping charge on a case-by-case basis.You can complete your order at checkout, and before shipping we will contact you directly for a separate Paypal payment to cover the actual shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges.

We want you to love what you ordered, but if it's really the wrong size, colour or just not what you like, we'll do our best make it work for you.

We appreciate that you don't have the ability to try on our garments online in the same way our in-store customers do, so we're always happy to accept online returns for ANY reason provided the item is returned unworn, in perfect condition, with proof of purchase, and with tags attached. For returns, free shipping does not apply. However, we only charge a flat rate of $10 shipping for exchanges. ($15 for US.) Sorry, we don't allow returns or exchanges on discounted or sale items.

14 Day Money Back.

We offer a 14-day full money back guarantee on all regular priced items (minus any shipping charges that apply to your adjusted order total).

30 Day Credit or Exchange.

If you decide you don't want something within 30 days, we offer you an exchange or credit within the store or from our site. It will cost you an additional $10 ($15 in US) to have your replacement item shipped to you. However, if you get an exchange, and order another package that qualifies for reduced or free shipping, we will ship your exchange item in the same package, and ship it all for free or reduced shipping.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on underwear or body products, food or magazines, for obvious reasons. No returns or exchanges on discounted or sale items.

OOPS, damaged goods.

It is always our intention to get you your products in good order, but accidents do happen. In the interests of reducing waste, if we can fix your product easily and for a reasonable cost, we'll pay for that and avoid extra shipping back and forth. Please email us a picture of the damage, and we can discuss the options.

Not fixable? We will replace it, send you a refund, or give you a credit.  And if it's our error, we'll also pay the shipping to get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
