Gift certificates come with a link to a page on our site that tells you exactly how to use your gift certificate.  Gift Certificates act just like online store credits. You get a unique code which allows you to use your gift certificate dollars towards any purchase made on the site.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Can I make an order for less than or greater than the gift certificate amount? Yes! When you enter your code, the shopping cart automatically applies a credit towards the order - up to the amount of the certificate. If your order is more, just pay the difference, if it is less, you retain the remaining credit for future orders.

Can I use the gift certificate for shipping costs or items on sale?  Yes! Your gift certificate can be used for anything including sales items &  the cost of shipping. Shipping is free for orders over $200, so if you give a gift certificate for over $200 the recipient will get free shipping.

Can I use the gift certificate for in-store purchases?  Gift Certificates are mainly for online purchases, but we will also honor them at the retail store. We ask that you call ahead if you want to use one in our Nelson retail store, so we can be sure to have the web staff available to process your Gift Certificate purchase.

TIP: Remember to keep your certificate code safe, just like a credit card.
